Hi

Concerning Joomla edition I need to have a static background in the slider and all slides to appear on top of it. 

I tried the feature "Static slide" but its content stays on top of the coming slides hidding them. My wish is the opposite. The static slide to stay always in the background and the regular slides to pass in front of it so they are totally visible.

Is that possible?

Sorry but I used wrong term in my question. It is the static layer feature that I used in order to acomplish static background but the result was static forground.

How can I achieve static background among all slides. In fact I need a slider level global background.
