Can't figure how to force certain elements in Blox to break out of container to full browser width.

I've looked at the instructions for the Helix framework but can't make sense of it. Also there's not a single css code box under advanced anymore? I'm building my templates in TemplateToaster so the code begins with #ttr_

So can you give me an example of appropriate code.

Is it in the Blue, Grey, Green or Pink Advanced settings that I need to make the change?

Which Advanced CSS boxes does it go in.
