Authors of this plugin stated in comments that this plugin would be included and maintained in "Unlimited Addons for WPBakery"? (https://codecanyon.net/item/unlimited-addons-mega-bundle-for-visual-composer/19602316)

Are all features of "Addon Creator" available in this plugin? We want to create new Addons on our own with this. We don't need existing Addons.

2. Does "Unlimited Addons for WPBakery" support translations of text inputs via WPML?

This means "Unlimited Addons" is included in "Addon Creator", but "Addon Creator" is not included in "Unlimitted Addons"?

If I get your message correct you suggest we should go with Addon Creator. However it looks like this project is no longer maintained. Last update on codecanyon is more than a year ago. WP support only up to v4.5.2:

Updates are needed to ensure compatibility at least.
