HTML5 video does not work on ipad. I am seeing a similar problem on your website and cannot see the video background there. Downloaded new version of software, but on that one, HTML5 video will not play on ANYTHING. So I rolled back to old version. Are any other users having this problem? If you go to the company's website and look at the demo with full screen video, can you see it? There is a layer option to hide some layer under width. If you use it, some of the layers will be not visible. You can play with it in order to get what you want (maybe).
In case your customers ask you this same question: I just had some
success: A play control is nessary because the ipad does not support
autoplay function. Now my video is stopping before it's done, but at
least now it shows up.
So it's not your software, it's navagating the world of Apple. You can make it work... Sort of. :)
