Hello,

the day before yesterday I purchased and downloaded blox page builder. Yesterday’s virus scan by GData reports a trojan named Archive.Trojan.Ptrisc.A@gen in blox_img.zip file.

Please tell me what to do now.

Please have a look in the attached screenshot of the antivirus report. I will upload the downloaded file to GData and require confirmation of alert. You never can exclude a mistake.

GData checked file again. They were wrong. No virus detected. Here the text of their reply:

"We will send you information about the virus detection blox-page-builder.zip you have reported.

It was a misidentification in this case, so there was no danger to your system from this find.

Please update the virus signatures so that the incorrect detection no longer occurs.

You can then move quarantined files that may have been moved in this context."
