    I have your Unite Slider on my template just bought.

    Unfortunately i cant update from 5.0.14 to 5.0.16 version because Joomla write me this error:

    Install path do not exist

    Error COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_

    I verified the path of logs and temp directory, and permission, all is fine!

    What i can do?

    Hi,

    did you download the latest version from our website and tried to install it manually or did you try to update it using Joomla update manager?

    Unite slider doesn't support direct update using Joomla update manager. You can see that there is an update but you have to manually download and install the latest version from UniteCMS website

    Hi,

    since you have gain this extension with the template you bought you have two options how to solve this:

    1. contact your template provider to send you the latest version of the Slider

    2. buy new subscription and update your Unite slider to the latest version which can be download from UniteCMS website
