è possibile diminuire la velocità dello scroller al passaggio del mouse, oppure aggiungere delle frecce sopra e sotto?

Lo scroller è troppo veloce e non è possibile selezionare i video.

is it possible to decrease the speed of the scroller when the mouse hovers, or to add arrows above and below?

The scroller is too fast and videos can not be selected.
