Even if I checked autoplay checkbox my video does not start automatically.

yes, but look second loop of all movies 1->2->1 in this moment is something wrong. 1 movie does not start again and nav buttons can't change the movie too.
When I go back to slide 1 from the second slide, it coninues to play from the place it's ended in the last slide automatically. Is that what you see too?

But for it I have to give him ftp with write persmissions so he'll test his files. You don't have a write permissions right now, please change the permissions and write me again.

please don't click anything, just wait for end of the first movie and then end of second movie
then you can see the first movie does't start - only error loop
