Hello.
I have the following error message:
"Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it."
I search "Troubleshooting option" but i can't find it. Please, can you help me??
Thank you very much!
I have the same issue, but the error is only showing when using an Ipad Mini. I have added the Rev Slider to this page www.oversteps.co.uk/discover
I have also attached a picture, error showing on Ipad mini, not on any other device, PC, Laptop, Mac or normal Ipad, just the mini ... which is weird. There are no other JS as far as I am aware.
HI, I think your webite detect ipad mini and then loading some js files that are especially for ipad mini (or for ios system). Can you please somehow check what js files are loading for the ipad mini device? I don't have ipad mini to test. I need to see the loaded js files from view source or from some sort of firebug like here:
