No image selection on new page

    Using 1.6.18 -

    1. Create a blank page
    2. Go to page settings
    3. Select background
    4. Click SELECT image
    5. Image selection dialog never appears

    If I enter the address of the image manually it appears. Thereafter the image selection works for CHANGE only.
