I reinstalled with the file you supplied. Still the same error. I'm using 3.8.8 Joomla with PHP 7.0. With error reporting turned on you get this message:

Hi Max I just realised the error changed to 'type' rather than 'name' missing - so I added a field name 'type' to the database and now the import works okay.
Just testing out Blox - interested in Pro Subscription.
When trying to import anything from My Pages Catalog I get this error message:
Unknown column 'name' in 'field list'
Any thoughts?
