I purchased the content boxes plugin with layout builder. I've followed the instructions on the documentation and visited your website for how to install this item (http://addon-library.helpsite.io/categories/2373-getting-started-for-wordpress), and i've gotten as far as getting the layout builder and add-on installed in the dashboard, but when I try to upload the addons content boxes, nothing happens. I've tried just installing one at a time, and nothing. This file: content_boxes_wp_addons.zip, which I also unzipped and tried that way. This is very frustrating as I've had this for a while and need to implement but cannot get it to work and I'm out of ideas. Please let me know how to get the addons installed so I can start using this. Thank you.
I am trying to install the addons from the addons tab. I have tried moving over the content_boxes_wp_addons.zip, as well as unzipping that file and installing the individual addons. I drag them over, hit install and then nothing happens.
