Unite Gallery Error - gallery js and css files not included

I am getting the error "Unite Gallery Error - gallery js and css files not included" in place of every gallery.  This happens every few weeks and usually uninstalling and reinstalling the "jquery easy" plugin fixes it.  Today, nothing helps.  I've tried multiple versions of jquery easy, cleared my cache multiple times, and tried viewing it on another platform just to be sure it wasn't a browser issue.  Getting frustrated that I have to sort this out every few weeks.  Pls help.

Update: I simply left it and tried again 15 minutes later and it is fixed.  I am so confused as to why this keeps happening and which of the many things I tried fixed it.  If you google the error message I mentioned, *many* sites come up (including yours!) so it would be great if you could add an explanation and tips for resolving it into the documentation.

    Hi,

this probably happens because of the caching issue. Try to disable caching in the Unite gallery module and see if that will help

    Filbel:

this still happens to me sometimes.  Most recently, I resolved it by disabling the "jquery easy" plugin which seems a weird fix but it worked.  In the past, I've fixed it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the "jquery easy" plugin.  In my experience you should clear your browser's cache, close it, and reopen to be sure of whether or not it is fixed.  I'm not a web developer, I'm just sharing what seems to have worked for me...
