After installing the module on Joomla 2.5.28 the Unite Slider is available within the Components menu and data can be added to set up a new slider but nothing happens when the "Create Slider" Button at the bottom of the page is pressed. The link reports a javascript:void(0) but the browser progress bar does not seem to move to indicate that the function to create a slider has been initiated.
It should also be noted that the general settings tabs to the right cannot be opened but this may not be possible until the slider is created, but I can't tell until a new slider can be generated

your website seems not to load jQuery JS library at the backend Please try to use jQuery Easy Joomla plugin in order to try to fix this

you also needed to enable it. It is not enough just to install it.
I enabled it right now and I was able to create a slider after that
