Hi I'm admin on the Joomla No Spam FB group. I recommended Unite Revo Slider the other day in the group and chap by the name of Jeff Barkacs came and bought a membership for it. Today he is in the group asking if he has been scammed since he didn't get a confirmation email or access to his purchase.
I told him it must be a glitch as you guys are great. He says he isn't getting a response from you.

Hi,
please give us some time to resolve this. I have seen his ticket and I already forwarded it to our billing to check it and fix the issue
There is no scam in this. I just need my billing to reply to the ticket and that's it
