I'm using the Subtle Hover Team Member Effect.

In the Content field, the content shows up in the front end with p tags around it. (<p>...</p>). They don't appear, visually in the back-end.

I think I figured this out. I added "|raw" to the content field in the edit addon area, inside the HTML tab. This tells Blox to interpret the entry as HTML, not just plain text.

Look for: 

{{content} 

and change to 

{{content|raw}}
