I there a way to activate 100% cover with video backgound like the photo.
Look at the picture : on various screen size i have always black bar on the side or on the top and i want the same display as on photo, with cover 100% all the time, with some king of scalling to be sure to cover the full screen.

100% cover for videos is only available with your own videos and not for videos from Youtube or Vimeo
