I'm currently using the Slider extension to showcase a number of images that provide a link to my portfolio at the bottom of the page.

I was wondering if the Slider has an option that allows for a limited number of slides to be displayed.  The goal is to use that in conjunction with the shuffle mode to display a random (but limited) number of slides every time the page loads.  The loop should however, continue all the time.

I have 17 slide and I'm trying to figure out if a could only load 5 (or something like that number) to limit the load time...

I purchased the Gallery extension, so I have an alternative to do this.  But I was wondering if the Slider extension was able to do this as well.

I will simply have to make some changes and use the Gallery extension as it seems to be better suited for my needs.
