Sorry but we can't give access to our wp.We have used 'Responsive Testimonial Carousal' among all the testimonial carousals provided by your plugin.Can you please give us the steps to achieve the design attached to this reply.We can't see the autoslide and arrows options in the Testimonial.Please reply asap.

As per the documentation provided by your plugin http://addon-library.com/documentation , at step 2 http://addon-library.helpsite.io/articles/7106-2-install-the-layouts-editor-plugin they are asking to upload "addon-layouts-editor1.0.zip" BUT in the plugin we purchased there is no such zip provided. Kindly provide the same or Let us know what steps to take asap.We need it urgently.

I am using 'Responsive Testemonial' addon. We don't mind using another addon which comes with your plugin if it fulfils my design requirement.Let us know the steps for the same.  Attaching again my requirement design for your ref.Please reply asap. We need it urgently.

We found the setting options from where we enabled arrow option by giving true value to "arrows: false", could you please suggest how to enable autoslide option?

Thanks. I wanted 'Read more' functionality in case one testimonial in carousal is large than other.I have used https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-more/ its working everywhere but partially working in the testimonial carousal. 

Can you please suggest some solution for this 'Read more' or is there any setting in your plugin itself. Please help asap.
