I accidentally deleted the slider :/ I have already created a new one, but on the front page it always says "Revolution Slider Error: Slider with ID: 1 Not Found".

I know that this is up to ID, my new slider has got the ID 7.

How can I use the new slider?

thanks a lot for your reply.

You made my day :D :D the problem was not the module manager - I simply forgot to delete Joomla Cache (which is quite embarassing) :/ I remembered this when I had a look at the module manager. So thanks a lot :D so please (to everyone with the same problem): create a new slider, assign it to the unite revolution module in the module manager (titel xx-ID) and then remember to delete browser and joomla cache :)
