I am guessing that you have Windows OS and that on your computer you use Explorer right click and rotate on the images? If that is the case then you should know that this action doesn't actually rotate image for real. It just writes rotation info in the hidden file in windows so they "know" that image needs to be shown as rotated. If you want to rotate images and make sure they are rotated correctly, then you should use some image manipulation software and rotate image with it. When you upload such image, you will see that it is rotated correctly
