I exported a slider from Slider Revolution. Create a .zip file. When I try to import it appears an error window that says: importing slider setings and data ... Error: Wrong slider export file format! This could be Caused ZipArchive Because the extension is not enabled. I do not know if I have to fix the preferences of joomla or something.

can you tell me from which version of Revolution slider did you export sliders and to which version are you trying to import them?
