We are upgrading a client's site to a new Joomla template and Joomla 3.6.5. Is there a way we can transfer the slider from the old site? I've tried exporting, but not seen an import option on the new site. Perhaps there is a newer version I need of the slider I need?
Thanks for the swift reply. Current site is running ver: 2.2.8. That version, although it imports to the new Joomla 3.6.5 site, is not showing the import option (see attachment). Is there are newer version I ought to be using that can still import the old slides?

I am afraid that you won't be able to migrate slides from your old version to the latest version which can work on Joomla 3.
You will have to recreate sliders manually
